Kershika Henry-Hippolyte

Kershika Henry-Hippolyte has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Kershika is currently the Head of HR - Group at RVU, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at RVU and C Space. Kershika also worked as the Head of HR - FTC at C Space and as an HR Business Partner at C Space and BBC. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as People & Development Manager at Ralph Lauren, Head of HR at AMT Coffee, HR Operations Team Leader at Cath Kidston, and various roles at Clarins UK and MK One. Kershika has extensive experience in managing recruitment, training, payroll, compensation & benefits, and all aspects of HR.

Kershika Henry-Hippolyte obtained a CIPD from Acacia Learning in 2014 and completed A Levels at St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2005. In 2020, they pursued a Life Coaching Diploma at NCC. Additionally, Kershika also became a Mental Health First Aider certified by MHFA England.
