Sara Kim

Sara Kim currently serves as the Head of Design at Hop Lun, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Sara was the Client Success Manager (Chief Returns Officer) at Newmine from February 2020 to March 2024. Between July 2016 and June 2019, Sara worked at Ubase International as the Director of 3D/Digital Technology and Sales Strategy, where efforts were focused on enhancing sales strategy and advancing 3D technology usage. From April 2014 to July 2016, Sara held the role of Production/Sourcing Manager at Sears Holdings Corp., where responsibilities included optimizing product development and production processes for a new Junior line. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Designer, Merchandiser, and R&D Manager at Hansoll Textile Ltd. from May 2005 to April 2014, which involved liaising between production teams and U.S. buyers, as well as researching innovative wash and fabric techniques. Sara Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from Drexel University in 2001.
