Joel Shumbusho

Joel Shumbusho is a skilled professional with substantial experience in customer service, education, and operations management. Since August 2018, Joel has been a Customer Service Representative at Rwanda Energy Group. Additionally, as the Company Owner of Navuga Ikinyarwanda since January 2014, Joel prepares teaching materials, conducts Kinyarwanda classes, evaluates client performance, and oversees company operations. Prior experience includes serving as Driver Management Coordinator at CanGo Africa, where Joel trained and recruited drivers, and as a Teacher Assistant at Kepler Kigali, facilitating classroom discussions. Joel began a career as an Operation Support Officer at One Acre Fund, managing field data analysis and material distribution.
