Olivia Ntambara

Olivia Ntambara is an experienced professional in customer experience and management within the aviation and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Experience at RwandAir Ltd since October 2012, Olivia also holds a position on the Board of Directors for RwandAir Catering LTD since July 2021. Previous roles include Marketing & Communication Assistant at South African Airways and Customer Service Officer/Passenger Handling at Airlink. Olivia has educational qualifications that include a Diploma in Sustainable Business and Responsible Leadership from the Swedish Institute Leadership Programme, a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from the University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies in Rwanda, and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from MSC Business College in South Africa.
