Luke currently holds the position of Director at Ray White Commercial (WA) and Pavlos Property Group, both of which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Stirling Macedonia Football Club (Stirling Lions SC) starting in 2018. Luke also has prior experience as the Director of Capital Markets at Lease Equity from 2013 to 2022, and as a Senior Negotiator at MMJ Real Estate from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Negotiator and at DTZ as a Valuer. Luke's career started at Landgate WA as a Valuer in 2002 and they worked as a Sales Executive at Jim Pavlos & Associates Real Estate Agency from 2000 to 2006.
Luke Pavlos obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Property from Curtin University of Technology, which they completed between 1999 and 2001. In addition, Luke Pavlos has obtained certifications such as an Associate from the Australian Property Institute, a Land valuers licence from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and a triennial certificate from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
