Rachel Hough has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rachel started their career in 1987 as a Health Club Attendant at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they worked until 1990. Rachel then became a Housekeeping Supervisor at the same company until 1992.

In 1992, Rachel joined Allegheny Valley School - Patricia Hillman Miller Campus, where they provided individual residential care for disabled individuals until 1993.

From 1993 to 2009, Rachel worked at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania in various roles. Rachel started as a Federal Contracts Manager, overseeing the daily functions of the William S. Moorhead Federal Building and the Social Security Administration. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Goodwill Commercial Services, Inc (GCS), responsible for leading the development and management of Goodwill Commercial Services, a parent company of Goodwill Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Rachel Hough obtained an Associates Degree in Infant Child Care/Pedology from Allegheny Community College in Pittsburgh, PA. Their field of study included Human Services, Social Work, and Addiction Counseling. Rachel completed this degree between 1987 and 1990.
