Tracy Meyer is a seasoned Business Development Consultant and Project Management Specialist with over 15 years of experience in project and program management across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager supporting the Defense Health Agency, Tracy specializes in developing innovative strategies to improve community health and well-being through technology. Tracy's past roles include leading the Federal Health Architecture Program Management Office at General Dynamics Information Technology and coordinating significant humanitarian initiatives with the U.S. Navy Europe.
