Gemma Vernon-Lee BA (Hons), MSc, MCIM, ACIPR is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing automation, content strategy, and campaign management. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Automation Manager at RWinvest since January 2024 and previously held the same title at IDP Connect UK & Ireland, Gemma has a proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Notable roles include Head of Email at BeFibre, where a successful email automation strategy was implemented, and Head of Email & Content at Hello Earth, overseeing client strategies and mentoring teams.
