James Crompton

James Crompton has a diverse professional background with a focus on sales and recruitment. Currently, James serves as the Senior Sales Manager at RWinvest since January 2019, where previous roles included Sales Manager and Senior Investment Consultant. Prior to this, James worked at NES Fircroft from June 2017 to January 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant, leading recruitment efforts for a major client in the power sector across Europe. Earlier experience includes a role as a Reconciliation Analyst at EMaC and a position as a Food and Beverage Assistant at deVere Group.
