Alicia Norton

Alicia Norton is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Innovation and Executive Recruitment at RWJBarnabas Health since April 2018. Previous roles at RWJBarnabas Health include Talent Acquisition Manager in both HR Operations and the Rutgers Medical Group, as well as a Recruiter within the same organization.
