Faith Haeussler-Barnhart

Faith Haeussler-Barnhart serves as the Senior Director of Experience at RWJBarnabas Health and Children's Specialized Hospital, positions held since November 2022. Prior to this, Faith spent nearly eight years with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in various roles, including Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the Department of Health and Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Council on Aging, where Faith enhanced the prioritization of council initiatives and significantly expanded a person-centered planning program. Faith also held the role of Aging and Disability Resources Regional Lead at the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, focusing on collaboration among local organizations for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Home and Community-Based Services at Liberty Resources Inc. Faith holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
