Lainie Messina, MS, LAC, NCC, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Nursing Leadership Development & Coaching at RWJBarnabas Health, specializing in the growth of nursing leadership through coaching and innovative development strategies. Lainie also works as a Licensed Associate Counselor at Stellar Counseling Services, focusing on assisting clients with life transitions and personal challenges. Previous roles include leadership positions within healthcare organizations, such as the VP of Communications at Alaris Member Health Centers and Vice President of Private Care Services at Partners in Care. Lainie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida.
