Lourdes Valdes

Lourdes Valdes serves as the Corporate Director of Workforce Development and Grants at RWJBarnabas Health since February 2018, with a concurrent role as Manager of Employment/Training and Development at Jersey City Medical Center RWJBarnabas Health since February 2006. Lourdes has extensive experience in managing recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions, overseeing the volunteer department, and handling training and development, grant writing, and community relations. Previous experience includes the role of Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter, which involved supporting various HR functions and creating a position tracking system, and Head Secretary at Meadowlands Hospital, where Lourdes provided administrative support to the Physical Therapy Department and developed a performance improvement plan. Lourdes is an alumnus of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
