Pamela Randolph

Pamela Randolph, PT, DPT, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as the Vice President of Rehabilitation Services and Business Development at RWJBarnabas Health since April 2022. With extensive experience in the field, Pamela has also been a Physical Therapist at Holy Redeemer Health System since 2007. Prior to this role, Pamela held various leadership positions, including Director, Manager, and Clinical Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton from November 2004 to April 2022. Pamela's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Pretoria.
