Bharti Moore

Bharti Moore is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal services, currently serving as a Partner at RWK Goodman since August 2017. Specializing in UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, group reorganizations, and private equity transactions, Bharti has a proven track record supporting clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations. Prior to RWK Goodman, Bharti held solicitor positions at IBB Solicitors and Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, managing a variety of corporate matters and gaining significant experience in M&A transactions. Earlier career roles include a certified paralegal and caseworker with the Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as a customer service advisor at Barclays Bank. Bharti holds a Law degree from Reading University and a Legal Practice Course qualification from BPP Law School.
