Carla Bolt

Carla Bolt is an experienced professional in organizational consultancy and career guidance, currently serving as an Interim Manager at RWS since November 2015 and as the Owner of Moveo, a firm dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations through change processes since January 2005. With a diverse background spanning several roles, including Senior Consultant since March 2004 and previous positions at APG and DSM, Carla possesses extensive experience in both internal and external organizational advising. Additional managerial roles in quality and technical laboratory settings were held at Dyneema, Elastomeren, and Akzo Nobel, along with a foundational role as a Project Medewerker at KEMA. Carla's educational qualifications include a Master's in Solution Focused Brief Therapy from the Korzibsky Instituut Brugge and various licenses and training in related fields from multiple institutions.
