Betsy Fallon

EVP Global Client Services at RWS Group

Betsy joined SDL in 2008 following the acquisition of Idiom Technologies, an early innovator of enterprise translation management systems, and now leads SDL's Global Client Services (GCS) organization.

Under Betsy’s leadership, the GCS organization is responsible for developing and executing on a strategy that ensures customers deploy and derive value from SDL’s broad portfolio of software solutions. In this capacity, she oversees Professional Services, Customer Support, Cloud Operations, Training Services, Renewals, and Voice of Customer team, which drives customer satisfaction and success. The common denominator across the GCS organization is to deepen customer relationships, increase customer retention, and drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Prior to Idiom Technologies, where she served as director of marketing and customer development, Betsy was Vice President of Marketing at Context Media, an enterprise content integration technology provider acquired by Oracle in 2005.

During her tenure at SDL, Betsy has brought her extensive B2B software/SaaS background to a series of progressive customer-facing, marketing, and operations roles providing forward-thinking leadership and a passion for collaboration and customer-centricity to deliver a best-in-class experience for SDL customers and partners.

Betsy earned a master’s degree in organization development from the University of Miami and holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy from The American University. She also serves as a trustee of the SDL Foundation.
