Eric Jones

Eric Jones is an experienced leader in strategic account management with a focus on globalization, localization, global marketing, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at RWS Group since January 2019, Eric leads a team of 10 Strategic Account Directors supporting high-profile clients like NASA and various EMEA customers. Previously, Eric spent 15 years at Lionbridge, starting as a project manager and ascending through roles such as Global Account Director, where revenue growth strategies for a $13 million portfolio were developed. Eric also held positions at Accenture as a Project Manager. Eric holds a BA in Spanish and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
