Fionn Uibh Eachach

Fionn Uibh Eachach has extensive work experience in the field of tax and finance. Fionn most recently worked as the Global Head of Tax at Asendia since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Tax & Trade Compliance - Head of Tax at ESW starting from August 2021. From March 2019 to February 2021, they served as a Partner Indirect Tax at BDO Ireland. Before that, they worked as a Director at KPMG Ireland from November 2015 to February 2019. Fionn also has experience in teaching, having worked as a Tutor at the Irish Tax Institute from 2014 to 2015, where they specialized in VAT matters. Fionn also worked as an Associate Director, Indirect Taxes at Grant Thornton Ireland from June 2014 to October 2015, providing advice on various tax matters to multinational and indigenous companies. Prior to that, they were a Senior Tax Manager at RSM Farrell Grant Sparks from August 2003 to June 2014. Fionn has also worked as a Lecturer at Griffith College Dublin and as an Economic Researcher at the Central Bank of Ireland in the past.

Fionn Uibh Eachach pursued their education at various institutions. Fionn attended Coláiste Eoin, Stillorgan Road, Blackrock, Co Dublin from 1993 to 1999. Fionn then enrolled at Dublin City University, where they obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Finance, Computing & Enterprise between 1999 and 2003. Lastly, they attended the Irish Tax Institute from 2003 to 2006, earning the title of Chartered Tax Adviser.
