Heather Rossi

Heather Rossi is a Senior Principal Solutions Consultant in Machine Learning at RWS Group, where expertise is utilized to align AI solutions with customer needs and inform product development. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Director of Language Process Consulting at SDL plc, leading a team to advise North American clients on linguistic assets and translation strategies, as well as roles involving language consulting, analysis, and project management. Heather has also contributed as a Volunteer Literacy Tutor at Denver Rescue Mission and provided freelance linguistic services at Wordbank LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Colorado Boulder and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Linguistics and German Studies from the University at Buffalo.
