Marina Penachi

Marina Penachi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions and business development across various roles. Currently serving as the HR Manager for RWS Group since June 2011, Marina oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies aligned with business objectives. In addition, Marina is a board member of the ARG Country management team, focusing on the growth and operational management of the country's branch. Previously, as HR Coordinator at Moravia IT from October 2007 to June 2011, Marina successfully established the HR department in Argentina. Marina holds a Human Resources degree from IESERH/UCA and a certification in People Analytics from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
