Milos Tlustak

Milos Tlustak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within regulated industries, particularly in Life Sciences. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Regulated Industries Operations at RWS Group since June 2018, Milos leads a global operations team of 780 and oversees a diverse portfolio of clients including those in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Previous roles include Vice President of Life Sciences Operations, where management of EMEA clients and operational teams contributed to process innovations and cost reductions, and as Senior Program Director, responsible for client satisfaction and financial outcomes across multiple European production hubs. Milos’s career began at Moravia in 2008, advancing through various positions culminating in program management and leadership roles. Milos holds an engineering degree in IT and Telecommunications from Brno University of Technology.
