Marco Pegoraro is a Scientific Assistant in the Process And Data Science group at RWTH Aachen University since June 2018. Previously served as a Research Associate in the ICU4Covid project, focusing on enhancing intensive care technology through process and data science from April 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience as a Research Engineer at Siav Spa from May 2016 to May 2018 involved investigating technologies in Document and Data Management and Business Processes Management, contributing to the development of the Bipod Process Mining toolkit. Early experience includes an internship at NASA Ames Research Center, applying artificial intelligence techniques for optimizing rotorcraft flight trajectories.
