Ilze Gouws

Ilze Gouws has extensive work experience in various roles related to business analysis and testing. Ilze started their career as a Software Support Consultant at VIP Payroll in 2003, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined EOH Application Testing as a Test Manager, responsible for managing testing phases and ensuring efficient testing throughout clients' initiatives. Ilze worked at EOH Application Testing until 2012. In 2013, Ilze joined Racing & Wagering WA (RWWA) as an Agile Business Analyst and Test Analyst, where they were involved in managing testing phases, creating test cases, executing tests, and managing defects. Ilze has been working at RWWA in various business analyst roles since then.

Ilze Gouws attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1997 to 2002 and obtained a B.Com (Hons) Informatics degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Agile Requirements Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2019, ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in June 2017, Agile BA from APMG International in June 2009, and ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in June 2009.
