William Farragher has extensive work experience as a Senior Project Manager in various companies and industries. William began their career as an Assistant Project Manager and Field Engineer at Orleans Homebuilders, managing civil engineering design and delivery for a residential development. William then worked at D&C Solutions Pty Ltd as a Projects Engineer, overseeing major earthworks, infrastructure development, and ensuring project safety and quality standards.

Farragher later joined SISK Group as a Quantity Surveyor, providing construction planning, cost estimates, and contractual assistance for commercial projects. William then moved on to A W Edwards Pty Limited as a Construction Project Manager, where they successfully delivered projects within operational environments and managed project scopes, budgets, and quality plans.

In 2011, Farragher joined APP Corporation Pty Ltd as a Senior Project Manager, where they optimized team resources, monitored productivity, and delivered capital works projects at Perth Airport. William Farragher began their education journey in 1988 at Waterford Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering. William then pursued a Diploma in Construction Management & Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 1992. Subsequently, they attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. In 1999, William pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management at UNSW. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification titled "How to Be a Positive Leader (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
