Kathrin Licher is an experienced HR professional and business coach, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at RX Austria & Germany since September 2023. With a diverse background in human resources, Kathrin has held various positions including Human Resources Manager at COFRA Düsseldorf GmbH and several InterContinental hotel locations, as well as serving as a Business & Life Coach at ON.MY.WAY.
