Melvina Nathalia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at both Stockbit and Bibit.id since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Melvina worked as a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group from October 2018 to May 2022, and as a Brand Image Consultant and Content Creator at Dparis Silver Indonesia from September 2016 to September 2018. Melvina also gained experience in business development at AIA in early 2017. Melvina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from BINUS University.
