Brian Binstock

CIO at RX Music

Brian Binstock has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Brian started their career at TOA as the Telecom Manager, where they were responsible for identifying technical resource requirements and documenting business requirements and solution concepts. Brian then moved on to PCM Technologies, where they worked for two years before joining Toshiba of Canada Ltd. in 2003.

At Toshiba, Brian held the position of Director of MIS Planning and Administration, as well as Director of IT Service Business & Technical Support. In this role, they were responsible for process and policy development and documentation, infrastructure planning, operational work flow analysis and improvement, new application development, planning, deployment and testing, custom report development, and all aspects of IT/IS for cross Canada operations. Brian was also responsible for new business acquisitions, new business planning & development, solutions sales support & planning, ERP & CRM implementation, design, development, and national support dealer/end user/customer support resource planning and development.

In 2014, Brian left Toshiba to take on the role of CIO at RX Music. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's IT strategy and initiatives.

Brian Binstock's educational career includes a degree from the University of Sydney in project management and an MCSE from Trios in IT.
