Matt Lipson

Matt Lipson is a music consultant at RX Music. Matt was previously self-employed as a popular music researcher and writer from September 2017 to February 2020, during which time they compiled research on Bob Dylan's advancing age throughout their discography from 1997 to present day. Matt has presented their work at symposiums and conferences at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and the TU Institute for Bob Dylan Studies at the University of Tulsa. From September 2017 to April 2019, they served as a graduate teaching assistant at Western University, leading weekly discussion-based tutorials and evaluating students' work.

Matt Lipson has a Master of Arts in Popular Music from Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Canadian Studies from McGill University.

Matt Lipson reports to Ben Birchard, Director of Music Programming. Matt Lipson works with Jamie Gemuend - Music Consultant, Kyle Grounds - Music Programming Administrator, and Jonathan Knox - Senior Music Consultant.
