Andrew Costa

Andrew Costa is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Partner at Rx3 Growth Partners since July 2022, a firm co-founded by Aaron Rodgers that specializes in growth equity within the consumer sector. Costa also holds board member positions at Therabody and Kroma Wellness. Previously, Costa served as Chief Investment Officer at ROTH Capital Partners from March 2021 to July 2022 and as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley from March 2018 to March 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at J.P. Morgan and as a Captain in the United States Air Force from June 2011 to May 2016. Costa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
