Catherine Hayes

Catherine Hayes is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in web development and education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer at RXA @ OneMagnify since December 2017, Catherine specializes in designing and building custom JavaScript-based applications, as well as maintaining the marketing website. Catherine's teaching experience includes adjunct instructor roles at Washtenaw Community College, where coding, usability, and design courses are taught. Prior experience includes founding Catherine Hayes, LLC, as a Full Stack Developer and Consultant, and co-founding Inner Circle Media while serving as Chief Technology Officer. Catherine has developed curricula for Internet Professional programs and managed production at MLive.com, enhancing interactive features for high-traffic websites. Educationally, Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Michigan.
