Brittany currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at RxBenefits, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Brittany served as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner at Alabama Power Company from May 2021 to September 2022. Brittany also worked as a Talent Management Consultant from June 2019 to May 2021 and as a Human Resources Business Consultant from December 2016 to June 2019 at the same company.

Before joining Alabama Power Company, Brittany worked at Southern Nuclear. Brittany'sroles there included Talent Management Consultant from May 2016 to December 2016, Talent Management Analyst from July 2014 to May 2016, Project Support Analyst from April 2011 to July 2014, and Engineering Aide from February 2007 to April 2011.

Brittany F. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University. Brittany then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Strayer University. In addition to their degrees, Brittany has obtained additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021. Brittany is also a SHRM-SCP certified professional, having obtained their certification from SHRM in June 2016.
