Jamesha Bell, M.Ed has a diverse range of work experience. Jamesha began their career as an Account Manager/Manager at King James Pressure Washing Co., where they successfully increased the customer base and revenue. Jamesha also implemented changes to improve workflow and efficiency and exhibited strong leadership skills.

Currently, Jamesha is employed at RxBenefits, Inc. as a Senior Quality Analysis. Their responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external business partners, providing solutions, and communicating effectively with the Manager of QA.

Throughout their career, Jamesha has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

Jamesha Bell, M.Ed, began their education at Sumter Central High School, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in 2014. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at The University of West Alabama and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they successfully completed in 2018. Motivated by their passion for education, Jamesha continued their academic journey at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration in 2021. Currently, they are furthering their expertise by pursuing a Masters of Higher Education with a focus on Learning, Design, and Technology at The University of West Alabama, anticipated to be completed in 2024.
