Neal Hooper has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an MBA Summer Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Strategic Planning & Performance Analyst at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. After that, from 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Analyst in Finance/Business Strategy at Commercial Metals Company. In 2018, Neal joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Senior Analyst in Corporate FP&A, and they were later promoted to Director of Go-to-Market Strategy, Analytics, & Reporting in September 2021, where they are currently employed.

Neal Hooper completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from The University of Alabama in 2008. In 2010, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy at the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business, graduating in 2012. Prior to their MBA, in 2009, Neal obtained a Masters of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
