Sandy Woodring Littleford

Sandy Woodring Littleford has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Sandy most recently worked at RxBenefits, Inc. as the SVP of People and Talent, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP of People and Talent at the same company from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they also became a member of Chief. Before joining RxBenefits, Sandy worked at Protective Life from 2012 to 2021, where they held positions such as VP & Senior HR Partner and 2VP & Senior HR Partner. Sandy'sprevious experience includes being a General Manager at Belk Department Stores from 2008 to 2012. Sandy started their career at Parisian Department Stores in 1988, where they held multiple roles including Regional Vice President, General Manager, and HR Manager until 2008.

Sandy Woodring Littleford completed their education from 1984 to 1988 at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville - College of Business Administration. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Ecology.
