Rachel Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in preclinical operations and scientific programs. Currently serving as the Director of Preclinical Operations and Scientific Programmes at RXCELERATE LIMITED since May 2018, Rachel has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Preclinical Team Manager and Senior Scientific Officer. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute from November 2012 to April 2018. Rachel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Natural Sciences, both from the University of Cambridge.
