Christopher Ross

Christopher Ross has a total work experience of approximately 9 years. Christopher started their career as a Student Caller at Indiana University Foundation Telefund in 2014, followed by Technical Team Member at Regional Radio Sports Network, LLC in 2017. Christopher was then employed by City of South Bend in 2019 as a Systems Specialist III where they played an integral role in a major transition of the Utility's ERP to a more advanced system. Christopher worked as a Business Analyst - Risk Management at AIG from March 2021 to September 2021, collaborating with AIG business teams across the globe, internal development teams, and global clients to ensure system/process requirements are met. Christopher also worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Derby Supply Chain Solutions from September 2021 to November 2021. In November 2021, they were employed as a Business Analyst at Hillsdale Furniture where they worked directly with vendors/internal IT during the discovery phase of projects to gather requirements and convert them into functional requirements during the design phase. Christopher worked there until December 2022, during which time they also successfully redesigned two executive-level sales dashboards and was part of teams that launched several systems and related processes, including the 3PL Integration and Rossum AI OCR AI solution for document identification/lookup. Lastly, they will begin working as a Technical Business Analyst at RxLightning Inc. in May 2023.

Christopher Ross completed their high school education at Marian High School from 2009 to 2013. Christopher then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction and design along with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington from 2013 to 2018.
