Thangaavel Chandrasekaron

Thangaavel Chandrasekaron has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Thangaavel started their career as a software engineer at IGATE and worked on projects like Asset Tracker and IT Insight. Thangaavel then went onto become a Systems Analyst on projects related to System Registration and IT-Insight application. From there, Thangaavel went to work for NBCUniversal as a Technical Project Manager where they led a team that developed and maintained several applications with both Java and .NET technologies. Since 2015, Thangaavel has been working at RXNT where they started as a Senior Program Manager and later became a Product Owner and then an Agile Project Manager & Product Analyst. Currently, they serve as an Engineering Manager, leading teams working on Billing, Scheduler, Data & Automation, and Mobile applications.

Thangaavel Chandrasekaron completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University in 2001. Thangaavel then pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Madurai Kamaraj University and graduated in 2004. Additionally, Thangaavel has three certifications to their name - Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained in 2022, 2017, and 2013, respectively.
