Brandy Blackwell

Brandy Blackwell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in operational efficiency and shared services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at RXO, Inc. since November 2022, Brandy has successfully led change management initiatives and enhanced employee self-service solutions. Prior to this role, Brandy spent over six years at XPO, progressing through various managerial positions within Human Resources Shared Services, where responsibilities included managing global support teams and optimizing HR processes. Brandy's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Operations Manager at The MENTOR Network, where oversight of operational compliance and employee relations was key. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
