Chris Shumate is a seasoned professional in contract management, negotiation, and project management, currently serving as Manager of Contract Management at RXO, Inc. since April 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has developed expertise in resolving complex contractual issues and enhancing business processes by collaborating with various corporate departments. Previous roles include owner of Shumate Law Offices, where over $11 million was generated from resolving extensive legal disputes, and positions at leading law firms where Chris contributed to litigation practices and contract management. Chris holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
