Eric Stepaniak

Eric Stepaniak is an experienced procurement and logistics professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Procurement at RXO since November 2022, Eric has previously held similar senior roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. for four years, where responsibilities included directing procurement and transportation operations.
