Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sales Management at RXO since November 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Vice President of Strategic Sales Management for North American Transportation and Vice President of Strategic Accounts from March 2021 to November 2022. From January 2019 to March 2021, Eric was the Vice President of Logistics and Business Development at Unique Loom. Eric's earlier experience at XPO Logistics includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts from December 2016 to January 2019. Eric began a career at FedEx Services in September 2005, progressively advancing through various roles, culminating as Worldwide Account Manager until December 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
