Grace Austin has extensive experience in operations and project management within the logistics and transportation industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at RXO, Inc., Grace previously held roles at XPO, where responsibilities included leading a team of logistics specialists and managing daily operations, carrier performance, and customer service issues. Grace has also worked at Hub Group as a Capacity Planner, optimizing loads and improving performance metrics. Earlier roles include planning logistics at XPO Logistics, managing customer service at Butera Market, and coordinating export bookings at Hapag-Lloyd AG. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, and Chinese from North Central College and has participated in a study abroad program at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
