James Redmond

James Redmond currently serves as Director of Operations at RXO, Inc. since July 2020, having previously held roles as Manager of Sales and Operations and Key Account Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working at C.H. Robinson as an Account Manager from June 2019 to July 2020 and an Account Management Intern in 2018. At C.H. Robinson, responsibilities included analyzing transportation markets, coordinating logistics for over 40 companies daily, and maintaining customer relationships. Earlier in 2017, James worked as a Sales and Management Intern at Art Van Furniture, where skills in customer communication, sales strategies, and team leadership were developed. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University, completed in 2019.
