Jared Baker

Jared Baker is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in operations and customer account management. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at RXO, Inc. since November 2022, Baker previously held multiple leadership roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. from February 2016 to November 2022, including Vice President of Customer Accounts. Baker's experience at CEVA Logistics spanned from May 2002 to February 2016, covering positions such as Director of Home Delivery and Director of Operations, focusing on P&L responsibilities and strategic leadership in multi-site environments. Earlier roles include District General Manager and General Manager, emphasizing operational excellence in last mile home delivery. Baker began the career as Operations Supervisor at Exel Direct (now Ryder Logistics) from 2000 to 2002.
