Kyle Montini

Kyle Montini is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Area Manager at RXO, Inc. since December 2022, Kyle previously held multiple roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. from January 2015 to August 2024, culminating in the position of Operations Manager III. Earlier career experiences include roles as Application Support Analyst III and Operations Manager I, as well as a position as Quality Assurance Specialist at XPO Logistics.
