Matt Goebel is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in LTL solutions and account management. Currently serving as Senior Director of LTL Solutions at RXO, Inc. since July 2020, Matt has advanced through various roles including Director and Senior Manager of Procurement. Prior to RXO, Matt spent more than three years at R+L Carriers as an Account Executive, earning multiple President's Club Awards for exceptional performance. Matt's career also includes a tenure at XPO Logistics, where management of 125 focus accounts was a key responsibility, alongside experience at YRC Freight, where Matt ranked #1 among inside sales representatives. Matt holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
