Matthew Krady

Matthew Krady is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Client Solutions at RXO since October 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew had a successful tenure at XPO Logistics, Inc. from August 2014 to October 2022, holding positions that included Director Customer Accounts and Director of Client Solutions, where responsibilities included managing the IKEA North American Last Mile business and overseeing significant revenue expansion initiatives. Matthew's experience also includes roles such as Senior Manager Customer Accounts and Market Operations Manager, where Matthew successfully launched Amazon Fresh operations and managed a $70 million Last Mile account. Previous to XPO, Matthew worked at Martin-Brower as Field Service Manager, enhancing service levels for McDonald's locations, among other roles. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, both from La Salle University.
