Stephen M. Renna

Stephen M. Renna serves as the Principal of Federal Agency Finance Advisors, LLC, which specializes in advising companies on accessing federal financing products. Renna holds a position as Director on the Company Board of RXO since November 2022 and previously served as Senior Managing Director of Global Strategies & Solutions at Ankura until February 2025. Renna was the Chief Banking Officer at the Export-Import Bank of the United States from August 2019 to January 2021 and Executive Director at the Advocacy Center within the Department of Commerce from September 2017 to August 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Source Association Strategies, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, Chief Executive Officer of NAREIM, and Senior Vice President and Counsel at The Real Estate Roundtable. Renna earned a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a BA in Politics from Fairfield University.
