Steve Miller

Steve Miller is an experienced operations director with a robust background in supply chain management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RXO since November 2022, Steve leads a team of over 200 associates, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction strategies. Previous roles include Director of Operations at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Front Axle Engineering at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where significant contributions were made to project lifecycle management and quality improvements. Steve also held various quality management positions at Durr Ecoclean, Intertape Polymer Group, and American Axle & Manufacturing, where efforts centered on quality assurance and system improvements. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Michigan University.
